Job description

EHR Implementation Project Manager

Location: Remote – United States | Potential Travel
Pay Range: $55–$60/hour

We are seeking an experienced eClinicalWorks Implementation Project Manager to lead a major enterprise-wide eClinicalWorks (eCW) implementation across a large, multi-site physician-practice environment. This is a high-impact opportunity for a healthcare technology professional who enjoys leading complex implementations, partnering with clinical and executive stakeholders, and driving successful adoption from planning through go-live and stabilization.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of eClinicalWorks across multiple practice locations.

  • Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and key milestones.

  • Coordinate data conversion, migration, system integrations, testing, and validation.

  • Partner with physicians, clinical leaders, operations, technical teams, vendors, and executives.

  • Drive workflow standardization, organizational readiness, change adoption, and user engagement.

  • Coordinate role-based training and establish super-user programs.

  • Develop go-live strategies, command-center support, escalation processes, and stabilization plans.

  • Track implementation KPIs, adoption metrics, and post-launch performance.

  • Identify risks early and lead issue resolution to keep the implementation on schedule.

What You Bring
  • 5+ years of healthcare technology implementation experience.

  • 3+ years leading EHR implementation projects.

  • Hands-on eClinicalWorks implementation experience is required.

  • Proven success with large, multi-site ambulatory or physician-practice implementations.

  • Strong knowledge of clinical workflows and patient-care operations.

  • Excellent project leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

  • Ability to independently lead complex initiatives in a remote environment.

  • U.S. work authorization without current or future sponsorship.

  • Ability to travel as required.

Preferred: Experience with 200+ provider implementations, EHR consolidation, specialty/ambulatory practices, healthcare interoperability, PMP, or Prosci certification.
