Job Description

The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading a team of developers working with Java, Spring Boot, and MongoDB. The primary objective is to oversee the technical aspects of project delivery, ensure high-quality code development, and provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team.

Key Responsibilities-

· Lead and manage a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of java based applications using spring boot and mongodb.

· Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and drive continuous improvement in development processes.

· Collaborate with cross functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and effectively communicate project status and technical considerations to stakeholders.

· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions to enhance application performance and reliability.

· Stay updated on industry trends and technologies, conduct knowledge sharing sessions, and mentor team members on best practices in java, spring boot, and mongodb development.

· Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.

Skill Requirements-

10+ years plus experience required.

· Strong proficiency in java programming language with a deep understanding of object-oriented principles and design patterns.

· Hands on experience in developing web applications using spring boot framework.

· Proficient in working with mongo dB or other NoSQL databases for data storage and retrieval.

· Good understanding of micro services architecture, restful apis, and cloud services.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

· Excellent communication and leadership abilities to effectively lead a team and collaborate with stakeholders.
