    Job description

    Details: As Delivery-Release Coordinator, the successful candidate will support the planning, test coordination, release planning, and execution of complex initiatives across product, technology, and business teams. The role ensures that projects and product capabilities are delivered on time, aligned with enterprise standards, and compliant with regulatory and risk requirements. Delivery-Release Coordinators work closely with product managers, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to manage delivery timelines, resolve dependencies, and provide status updates to leadership.

    Key Responsibilities • Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of projects and capabilities across multiple teams. • Lead or support agile delivery processes, including sprint planning, backlog management, and release coordination. • Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and resource constraints to ensure timely delivery.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional partners including: • Product management • Technology/engineering teams • Risk, legal, and compliance teams • Business stakeholders across the enterprise. • Track and communicate project progress, milestones, and deliverables to senior leadership. • Serve as a subject-matter expert on enterprise delivery processes, change management, and agile standards.

    • Facilitate collaboration across teams and represent the program in cross-functional forums or steering committees. • Monitor capacity, identify blockers, and escalate issues to ensure successful delivery outcomes. Required Qualifications • 7-10+ years of experience in project management, product delivery, business analysis, or data management.

    • Experience working in Agile or Scrum delivery environments. • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.

    Preferred Qualifications • Experience in banking. • Proficiency with delivery tools such as: • Jira • Confluence • Excel / PowerPoint • Experience coordinating complex product initiatives.
