US Anesthesia Partners – Nevada (USAP-NV), a physician-owned and led anesthesia practice thriving for three decades, is seeking talented Pediatric, Cardiac, and Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesiologists to join its established team in Las Vegas. This role offers a blend of clinical excellence, true physician leadership, and a supportive culture. Practice Info

  • Nevada's largest physician-owned and led anesthesia practice
  • 115 anesthesiologists and 35+ care team members (CRNA/CAA)
  • Deliver comprehensive anesthesia services across Las Vegas's premier hospitals and health systems (HCA, Dignity Health, Valley Health)
  • Pediatric Anesthesia at Sunrise Children's Hospital: 7 fellowship-trained pediatric anesthesiologists and 4 congenital cardiac specialists
  • Exclusive anesthesia provider to Sunrise Children's Hospital
  • Cardiac Anesthesia: 18 fellowship-trained adult cardiac anesthesiologists

Compensation

  • Outstanding compensation: $525,000-$950,000 based on specialty and time off/shifts picked up
  • Highest earners in group earn more than $950,000
  • Peds also has ability to be on salaried or comp plan model

Requirements

  • M.D. or D.O. with completion of an accredited Anesthesiology Residency
  • BE or BC in Anesthesiology
  • Fellowship training preferred for Pediatric, Cardiac, and Pediatric Cardiac roles
  • Must meet hospital credentialing requirements
