Job description

Job Summary And Qualifications

Reporting to the Director, Client Success, the Client Success Manager is responsible for driving client satisfaction, engagement, and retention for an assigned portfolio. This role serves as the primary point of contact for Valify subscribers, ensuring successful onboarding, strong platform utilization, and delivery of measurable cost savings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary relationship manager, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and engagement
  • Lead onboarding and implementation of the Valify platform, managing timelines, communication, and stakeholder alignment
  • Monitor utilization and proactively drive adoption through training, support, and ongoing engagement
  • Identify and present cost-saving opportunities using data and analytics insights
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews, including reporting, presentations, and strategic recommendations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with GPO account teams, sourcing, and business intelligence partners
  • Translate client reporting needs and support data quality and analytics initiatives
  • Support client renewals, promote new features, and introduce additional Valify solutions
  • Manage multiple projects, track progress, and **escalate** risks as needed
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years of healthcare, supply chain, or GPO experience required
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Experience with data tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) and CRM systems
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • travel up to 25% required.
