We’re looking for a skilled Labor & Delivery RN to join a busy and supportive team. This unit handles a wide variety of cases including high-risk deliveries and surgical procedures, making it a great opportunity for experienced L&D travelers.

⏰ Schedule Details

  • Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • 13-week contract
  • Rotating weekends required
  • No on-call requirements 

🏥 Unit Highlights

  • 32-bed Labor & Delivery Unit
  • ~150 staff members
  • Patient Ratio: 1:1 or 1:2
  • EMR: Meditech
  • Equipment: Novii, JADA, Fetal Pillow, IUPC, FSE, Toco, Ultrasound
  • Procedures:
    • Vaginal Deliveries (SVD)
    • C-Sections  
    • Cerclage  
    • TOLAC  

✅ Requirements (Must-Have)

  • Minimum 2+ years of L&D experience
  • Strong experience with:
    • EFM (Electronic Fetal Monitoring)
    • SVE competency
    • C-section circulation
  • Certifications Required:
    • BLS (AHA)
    • ACLS  
    • NRP  
    • STABLE  
    • Intermediate Fetal Monitoring

  • Internal fetal monitoring placement
  • Previous HCA experience
  • Experience in Level IV or high-volume units
