Job description

The Onsite Sales Associate (OSA) will devote full time, attention and energies singularly to the business of Homes By Dickerson (HBD) representation. The onsite sales associate is responsible for selling HBD new homes to prospective buyers by using the HBD sales process, inventory, and marketing tools. The OSA will have exemplary customer service behaviors to represent and elevate the brand of Homes by Dickerson.

Job Responsibilities

  • Meeting established monthly sales goal given by the CMO each month.
  • Prospect and lead generate weekly on a consistent basis. This can be done through networking, referrals, cold calling, presentations, one on one meetings, etc.…
  • Present and sell the benefits and VALUE of Homes By Dickerson homes and communities.
  • Learn and maintain through knowledge of all inventory homes in your community, plans, pricing, and lot availability. As well as keeping informed on HBD programs such as, but not limited to, HBD Built For Life program.
  • Learns the HBD Sales Process (that is taught by the CMO) and uses this with 100% of the prospects, 100% of the time.
  • Utilizes the CRM (Lasso) provided by Homes By Dickerson as the only CRM tool and executes all follow up as instructed. Inputs every single prospect into the CRM database.
  • Communicates effectively with customers and team members
  • Always maintain a neat and professional appearance when dealing with prospects / buyers / homeowners.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Must strive for 85 or better on all AVID ratings surveys.
  • Open model homes during hours advertised. Homes must be “show ready” and open with all lights on, cleaned and ready to go by office hours indicated.
  • Ability to work weekends, and some evenings and Holidays
  • Monthly CMA’s and competition reports turned into CMO.
  • Manage and maintain MLS with up-to-date information for MLS listings /photos
  • Have and maintain an active NC Real Estate License.
  • Being knowledgeable of Homes By Dickerson’s scattered lot program and willing to help facilitate if needed.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • NC Broker Licensed Required
  • 1 year of new home sales experience preferred but not required

Compensation is base salary and commission.
