Applicants must live within a 30-40 minute commute of both Lancaster and York, PA to be considered for this position.

Compensation: Hourly rates starting at $37/hr+ DOE

What You'll Do

This is a service position, not a plumbing installation role. As a trusted representative of HB McClure you will:

  • Work on specialized systems including: sewer ejection pits and controls, commercial water heaters and mixing valves, flushometers, booster pumps, closed loop pipe systems, and pressure reducing valves
  • Diagnose issues, recommend solutions, and communicate clearly with customers
  • Complete service documentation using company-provided tablet/phone
  • Participate in on-call rotation as assigned

What We Offer

  • Competitive hourly pay, based on experience (starting at $37/hr+)
  • Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) - earn company shares for retirement
  • 401(k) with weekly company contribution
  • Medical, dental, and vision benefits + HSA/FSA options
  • 100% employer-paid life insurance & short-term disability
  • Paid time off, holidays, and annual bonus program
  • Fully stocked company vehicle + major tools provided
  • Ongoing internal & external training opportunities

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of commercial plumbing service experience (installation-only experience does not meet requirements)
  • Ability to run service and emergency calls independently
  • Knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, diagnostics, and repairs
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English (verbal and written)
  • High school diploma/GED required; trade/technical school preferred
  • Valid PA driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Journeyman/Master License preferred, not required

Note: This is a service technician role - candidates with only plumbing installation, construction or only residential experience will not be considered.
