This Restaurant will operate out of Grand Ave Food Co - Located at: 1125 SE Grand Ave, Portland, OR 97214
Reports to: General Manager
Pay: $20/hr + tips

As a Certified Leader at Hawaiian Bros, you will be the captain of the ship during your shift, guiding your crew to success while serving up fresh and flavorful island-inspired dishes. You'll keep the team energized, the customers happy, and the kitchen running smoothly-all while embodying the spirit of aloha.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead with Aloha: Provide warm, friendly, and upbeat leadership to your crew, ensuring everyone is having fun while delivering top-notch service.
Customer Service Superstar: Be the face of Hawaiian Bros, greeting guests with a smile, handling any concerns, and ensuring every customer leaves feeling like they've experienced paradise.
Team Player: Supervise and motivate crew members, ensuring they understand tasks, stay on track, and maintain our high standards of service.
Operations Maestro: Oversee daily operations-keep things flowing, ensure food quality, manage the team's pace, and troubleshoot any issues that arise (with a positive attitude, of course!).
