Job description

About the Role

Join Haulotte, a global leader in aerial work platforms, and play a key role in keeping our customers’ fleets running at peak performance. As a Regional Service Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to technical expert for your territory—providing hands-on support, troubleshooting, and training to ensure maximum equipment uptime and customer satisfaction.

You’ll use your mechanical and electrical expertise to diagnose and resolve complex issues, deliver customer training, and promote Haulotte’s commitment to quality and reliability.

Locations: ME, VT, NH, NY, MA, CT, RI, NJ, PA, DE, MD, VA, WV, OH, D.C.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage all service activities within your assigned territory, ensuring quick and efficient resolution of technical cases.

  • Provide phone, email, and on-site support to customers on Haulotte machines.

  • Diagnose hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems using schematics and diagnostic tools.

  • Organize and conduct training sessions (technical, operator, familiarization, or product-specific).

  • Monitor and document all service activity in Salesforce CRM and communicate regular updates to your supervisor.

  • Escalate complex technical issues to ensure timely resolution and maximum machine uptime.

  • Identify and report quality trends or recurring product issues in the field.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with parts, sales, and technical call center teams.

  • Promote Haulotte’s brand image through professional representation and customer engagement.

  • Travel frequently (up to 80%) following Haulotte’s smart travel and expense policies.


What You Bring

Education amp; Experience

  • High school diploma or GED required; technical certification in heavy equipment, automotive, or related field preferred.

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in maintenance or repair of aerial lifting equipment or similar machinery.

Skills amp; Abilities

  • Strong technical knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).

  • Excellent time management, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and customer service mindset.

  • Ability to work independently and manage travel efficiently.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 60 lbs.

  • Comfortable working at heights, outdoors, and around mechanical/electrical equipment.
