Job Summary

  • Answers phone calls in Spanish and English language
  • Assists Paralegals, Attorneys and Firm Administrator
  • Prepares legal papers and correspondence, such as Trail Date Notices and payment reminders to clients.

General Accountabilities

  • Processes legal documents and papers, such as summonses, trial date letters and general correspondence.
  • Mails or faxes legal correspondence to clients, witnesses, and court officials.
  • Receives and places phone calls in Spanish and English.
  • Organizes and maintains law libraries, documents, and case files.
  • Schedules and makes appointments.
  • Makes photocopies of correspondence, documents, and other printed matter.
  • Assists attorneys in collecting information.
  • Drafts and types office memos.
  • Assists Paralegals and Firm Administrator with daily tasks.
