In your role as a NAND Product Engineer, you will help define Apple's mass storage solutions for our current line of world-class products as well as have direct technical impact on what our future product capabilities will be. B.S. degreeExpertise in NAND development, specifically with product engineering, design, and/or process integration aspects of the technologyExperience with NAND failure analysis, testing and/or debug efforts
MS or PhD in a technical subject area and 10+ years of relevant experienceAbility to do hands-on measurements of NAND array and connect single-cycle transistor properties, to full product operationExperience across multiple-lithos spanning basic device definition through final qualificationUnderstanding of key NAND system specifications, with respect to embedded NAND and SSD solutionsExperience in competitor analysis of NAND die and solutionsExperience with NAND flash engineering, flash memory technology and processing3-D NAND development experienceOrganizational and problem-solving skills
