Server – Hard Truth Distilling Co. (Nashville, IN)

Hard Truth Distilling Co., the Midwest’s #1 Destination Distillery, is hiring Servers to join our fast‑paced, high‑energy restaurant team. If you love great food, handcrafted cocktails, and creating unforgettable guest experiences, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do

  • Greetguests with genuine hospitality
  • Present menus and answer questions about food & beverage offerings
  • Takeaccurateorders, including special requests
  • Deliver food and drinks quickly and correctly
  • Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean, organized dining area
  • Process payments andhandlePOS transactions
  • Work closely with kitchen and bar teams
  • Upsell menu items and promotions
  • Assistwith opening and closing duties

What You Bring

  • Strong communicationand people skills
  • Ability to multitask in a busy environment
  • Positive, outgoing personality
