Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift
Salary: $120,000 – $130,000 annually

Optima Care Harborview is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to help lead our nursing department. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate Registered Nurse with long-term care experience who is committed to clinical excellence, team development, and delivering exceptional resident care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote a safe, supportive environment that prioritizes high-quality resident care

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise nursing staff to ensure clinical excellence and best practices

  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous professional growth

  • Serve as a key liaison between nursing staff and facility leadership

  • Address clinical and unit-related concerns in a timely and effective manner

  • Oversee and participate in weekly wound rounds

  • Support facility surveys, audits, and regulatory compliance initiatives

  • Maintain clear, compassionate communication with staff, physicians, residents, and families

Qualifications
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey
