Location: Jersey City, New Jersey
Shift: All Shifts Available
Pay Rate: Up to $23.50 per hour

Your Role as a CNA:
You’ll play an essential part in enhancing residents’ comfort, safety, and quality of life by:

  • Providing Personalized Care: Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and meals while respecting each resident’s dignity.

  • Promoting Comfort & Safety: Monitoring residents’ physical and emotional well-being and responding to changes with care and attentiveness.

  • Fostering Connections: Building meaningful relationships with residents and families, creating trust and a true sense of belonging.

  • Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensuring residents’ rooms and common areas are clean, organized, and sanitary.

  • Accurate Documentation: Recording and reporting changes in residents’ conditions and care plans to support effective teamwork.

  • Collaborating with the Team: Working alongside nurses and healthcare staff to deliver individualized, holistic care.

  • Enhancing Quality of Life: Engaging residents in activities that support physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Qualifications:

  • Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of New Jersey.
