Popular waterfront restaurant on the harbor in Gloucester, Minglewood Harborside, is currently hiring a Full Time Grill Cook to join our team! We are looking for someone with experience on all stations.
What Will You Do as a Grill Cook at Minglewood Harborside?
  • Work in an exceptionally safe, clean and well executed kitchen
  • Maintain and uphold our sanitation and food safety procedures for the health of our employees and our guests
  • Prep ingredients and set your station for success utilizing your knowledge of food preparation, your knife skills and Minglewood Harborside's prep lists
  • Learn our recipes and plate food according to recipe and plate presentation

Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years kitchen experience specifically cooking on the line
  • An ability to execute dishes quickly and efficiently while maintaining consistency and high level of attention to detail and quality
  • Experience on all stations
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain grace under fire and work well in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Specifically the ability to read tickets quickly and prioritize and time food accordingly
