As a Software Engineer III, you will serve as a Front-End Engineer on the ETPG/EAP Discovery Analytics Team. You will:
• Build specialized tools and tradecraft for enhancing the CNO mission
• Create scalable data visualizations and workflow improvement tools
• Independently lead full software lifecycles from design through deployment
• Maintain and optimize codebases with performance and usability in mind
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore emerging technologies
• Develop solutions that directly impact mission-critical user experience 🔹 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
🎓 12 years of experience as a Software Engineer on similarly scoped projects

• Strong understanding of state management, responsive design, and scalable UI architecture
