This position leads the growth of short-term business, weddings, and high-impact revenue-generating events while supporting the financial and strategic goals of Harbor View Hotel.
Success in this role comes from identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building strong relationships within targeted market segments, and delivering personalized service to an established portfolio of clients. The Events Manager develops and executes strategic sales plans, actively prospects for new accounts, and transforms client visions into unforgettable experiences.
From initial concept to flawless execution, the Events Manager oversees every stage of the event lifecycle, combining creativity, operational excellence, and strategic thinking to produce memorable events that exceed expectations. Through exceptional client service, innovative event planning, and a results-driven approach, this role consistently achieves revenue objectives, fosters long-term client loyalty, and contributes to the continued success and growth of Harbor View Hotel.
