THE JOB:
Security Officers play a key role in creating a safe, welcoming environment for everyone. From patrolling the property and monitoring cameras to responding to emergencies and supporting guests, this role is all about staying alert, taking action, and making people feel secure.
THE SCHEDULE
Schedules are subject to change based on business needs.

  • Day 6:45am - 3:30pm (8-hour shifts with 2 days off)
  • Swing 2:45pm - 11:30pm (8-hour shift with 2 days off)
  • Grave 9:00pm - 7:45am (10-hour shifts with 3 days off)
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
  • Safety & Patrols Monitor interior and exterior areas of the property by foot, bicycle, or company vehicle. Stay alert to any irregularities through active patrols, camera surveillance, and alarm system oversight.
  • Guest & Team Member Support Respond professionally to guest and employee concerns, maintaining a calm and courteous presence. Serve as a first responder in emergencies, administering first aid when required and following established reporting protocols.
  • Gaming & Incident Reporting Handle secure gaming transactions and drops with accuracy. Maintain detailed reports on daily activity, incidents, property damage, and any unusual occurrences.
  • Dispatch & Emergency Coordination Manage communications through phone and two-way radio, dispatching information as needed. In urgent situations, help secure the area, coordinate with emergency responders, and lead evacuation procedures.
  • Ongoing Training & Certification Maintain required certifications in legal procedures, defensive tactics, CPR/AED, and first aid. Regular training ensures readiness and proficiency with all assigned equipment.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • At least 18 years old
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver's License in good standing (not expired, suspended or revoked)
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
