Job description

Title: Restaurant General Manager – Path to Ownership

Location: Brownsburg, IN

Pay: [$70,000 – $75,000 / yr + bonus]

A fast-growing national restaurant brand is hiring a General Manager — with a real path to ownership for top performers. We're not looking for a manager who runs the store from the office. We want an operator who leads from the floor, owns their numbers, and builds a team that wins.

What you'll do

  • Lead the line, drive-through, and dining room — wherever you're needed
  • Build and retain a high-performing team through hiring, training, and accountability
  • Run your P&L: food cost, labor %, speed of service, guest scores
  • Uphold food safety and hospitality standards without exception

What you bring

  • 3+ years of QSR or fast-casual GM experience (required)
  • Fluency in P&L — you can quote your food cost and labor % from memory
  • Hands-on leadership style; consistent work history
  • An owner's mindset

The upside: Top-performing GMs are invited into a partner program to own and operate their own location.

Benefits: Medical/Rx, HSA w/ employer contribution, Dental, Vision, Life & Disability, Hospital Indemnity, Critical Illness, Accident, 401(k) with 4% safe-harbor match. Perks: meal discounts, paid training, EAP.
