Job description

Drive for C.R. England, on a dedicated account for Harbor Freight. Drivers on this account need to deliver freight on time, update trip planners, and communicate with account managers 4 times a day on delivery status.
  • Valid CDL-A plus 3+ months of Class A CDL experience required
  • This lane is not suitable for students, recent graduates, or trainees.
Lane Details:

  • Areas of operation are Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Kansas, Missouri, Louisiana, Arkansas, Tennessee, and Mississippi. 
  • Drivers will run a mix local and overnight runs to Harbor Freight stores. 
  • All freight is preloaded by customer. Each primary lane has approximately 2-4 stops per load. This fleet includes a driver unload assist program. 
  • Drivers will use a hand pallet jack to move pallets from the back of the trailer to the tail for the store to unload. Product will be offloaded by the store personnel with forklifts. Drivers are responsible to make sure the correct pallets are taken off at the correct store. 
  • Delivery windows are between 0600 & 1800 Monday through Sunday. Start times are based on store locations and delivery windows but driver can expect to pick up any time of the day from 0001-2359. 
  • Saturdays are based on customer demand. Expected to run an 11-hour shift or 70-hour clock if needed. 
  • Shifts will be determined based on customer plans. Home time will vary from every day to every other day depending on scheduled route.

Driver Requirements:
  • Valid Class A CDL
  • 21 Years of age or older
  • 3+ months of current CDL-A driving experience
