Job description

Ka'ala Systems Technology Corporation has an open position for a Financial Management and Analysis Specialist supporting the Budget Section of Navy Expeditionary Combat Command Pacific located on Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii.

Candidate resumes must clearly document Department of Defense (DoD) Financial Management experience and knowledge in the following areas.

- Working experience with Department of Defense financial management operations and technical profeiciency in the following systems: CFMS, STARS-FL, and SABRS or equivalent.

- Demonstrated expertise in data analytics, knowledge of Department of Defense Appropriations, Fiscal Law, Department of the Navy Financial Systems, high degree of competency in use of Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), and skills in oral and written communication.

Applicants must have an active Secret security clearance.
