Finance Manager (F&I)
Harbor Chevrolet | Long Beach, CA
Harbor Chevrolet is seeking a proven, high-integrity Finance Manager to join our growing leadership team. This is a performance-driven opportunity for an F&I professional who excels at customer experience, compliance, and profitability-while operating in a modern, process-focused dealership.
What You'll Do
  • Deliver an exceptional, transparent purchase experience from credit interview through delivery
  • Present and sell F&I products (VSC, GAP, maintenance, protection products) with integrity
  • Structure and submit deals to lender partners to maximize approvals and profitability
  • Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and manufacturer guidelines
  • Maintain accurate documentation, funding, and timely contract processing
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to improve close rates and overall deal quality
What We're Looking For
  • Automotive F&I experience required (Chevrolet experience a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of lender programs, credit tiers, and compliance standards
  • Consistent track record of PVR, product penetration, and CSI performance
  • Professional communication skills with a customer-first mindset
