• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ needs and formulate effective treatment plans.
• Deliver individualized therapy sessions utilizing various evidence-based modalities aimed at enhancing personal growth and emotional resilience.
• Set measurable therapeutic goals and regularly monitor client progress to adapt treatment strategies as necessary.
• Provide teletherapy options to accommodate clients facing geographical or social barriers to in-person session attendance.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, peer reviews, and other educational opportunities.

Our clients encompass a diverse population, including individuals grappling with mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more. You will provide ongoing support to clients from various backgrounds, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs and empowering them through their healing journeys.

• Must possess a current and valid state license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• Educational background should include a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.
• Demonstrated empathy and a non-judgmental approach in all interactions.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple caseloads effectively while ensuring quality care.

While not mandatory, prior experience in a telehealth setting and familiarity with digital platforms for therapy can be advantageous. Experience working with diverse populations or specializing in trauma-informed care is highly valued. Candidates with a background in developing treatment plans for clients with complex needs will be particularly well-suited for our practice.

The salary range for this position is between USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a robust benefits package that includes:
