At LIFE Senior Services, we are committed to helping older adults live with dignity, purpose, and connection. We are seeking a relationship-driven, energetic, and community-focused Part-Time Outreach Coordinator to help grow awareness and enrollment for our Adult Day Health programs.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, building community partnerships, creating meaningful connections, and helping families navigate supportive services for their loved ones.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As the ADH Outreach Coordinator, you will lead outreach and referral development efforts designed to grow program census and strengthen community partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to achieve Adult Day Health census goals
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with referral sources, healthcare professionals, community organizations, and strategic partners
  • Research and develop new lead opportunities within the community
  • Collaborate closely with SeniorLine, Adult Day Health Site Managers, and Family Assistance Coordinators to ensure timely communication and follow-up on inquiries
  • Support the enrollment process by tracking leads, monitoring inquiry status, and initiating additional outreach efforts when needed
  • Plan and participate in community outreach events, networking opportunities, presentations, and educational programs
  • Deliver engaging presentations to referral partners, community groups, and prospective participants/caregivers
  • Manage inquiry and referral tracking data, reporting, and lead management processes
  • Analyze referral trends and recommend strategic adjustments to improve outreach effectiveness and enrollment growth
  • Assist with training initiatives, special projects, and other duties as assigned

Requirements
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Two or more years of successful sales experience preferred, ideally within senior living, healthcare, community outreach, or related environments
  • Marketing experience preferred but not required
  • Working knowledge of sales and marketing concepts, including principles and methods for promoting and presenting services effectively
  • Excellent presentation, verbal communication, and written communication skills
  • Strong relationship-building and networking abilities
  • Self-starter with a high degree of resourcefulness and initiative
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and achieve goals
  • Positive attitude with a professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Comfortable presenting to groups, participating in community events, and engaging referral partners
  • Passion for serving older adults and supporting caregivers

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • Position may require prolonged sitting, standing, walking, bending, reaching, and occasional stair climbing
  • Ability to travel within the community and attend outreach events, meetings, and referral visits as needed
  • Reliable transportation for local travel related to outreach and community engagement responsibilities
