Skilled Carpentry/Handyman professional, and organized tradesmen with approx. 5+ years of paid professional experience. Must have a solid skill set and experience across a broad range of home maintenance, commercial repair. Must enjoy variety. Skills such as building maintenance, carpentry, finish carpentry, flooring, drywall repair, tile, plumbing and electrical are desired. The technician must be responsible, reliable, friendly, flexible, personable, and enjoy problem solving. The technician must be proactive, able to take ownership, take pride in their work, and provide quality results.
We offer a "take home" company van (we cover all expenses like gas, maintenance, and insurance), medical/dental, 401K, PTO, bonus potential, uniforms, cell phone reimbursement, iPad, paid holidays, tool allowance, tool purchase program, and other benefits.
Requirements:
  • Ability to focus on job scope, estimate time and material needs.
  • Have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Have a solid set of personal tools. Company will supply ladders and larger specialized tools.
