To thrive as a Hand Cutter, you need strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of materials and cutting techniques, often gained through on-the-job training or vocational courses. These competencies ensure precise cuts, minimize material waste, and contribute to high-quality finished products.
