Title: Live In Chef
Location: Palm Beach, FL and Hamptons, NY
Schedule: Monday through Thursday B, L, D/Fri Breakfast and Sunday Lunch
Salary: $150,000-175,000 DOE + Health Insurance + 2 weeks PTO 1st year
Accommodations: Small cottage separate from main estate in both locations (full privacy)
Seasonal Schedule: mid-May through mid-October in the Hamptons; mid-October through mid-May in Palm Beach, FL
Overview:
A lovely retired couple with a primary residence in Palm Beach, FL and a second home in the Hamptons seeks a talented and experienced Chef to prepare high-quality, nutritious, and varied meals.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Plan, prepare, and serve healthy, delicious and balanced meals for the family.
  • Create weekly menus that reflect the family's tastes and seasonal ingredients, with the ability to adjust for special occasions or dietary needs.
  • Grocery Shopping & Ingredient Sourcing: Source high-quality, organic, and locally sourced ingredients. Shop for groceries and ensure the kitchen is fully stocked for all meals.
  • Presentation & Service: Ensure meals are presented impeccably, providing a fine dining
  • experience at all times.
  • Kitchen Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen.
  • Occasional help with errands

Qualifications:
