About the Line Cook Position

We're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Line Cook to join our team. As a Line Cook, you'll be responsible for preparing excellent meals for our patrons while also maintaining your station and keeping track of inventory.

Excellent communication skills are a must, as is the ability to multitask. Working in the kitchen means working in a fast-paced environment, so you'll need to stay organized to keep our customers satisfied.

Line Cook Responsibilities
  • Set up and maintain the workstation, ensuring everything is well-stocked, orderly, and clean
  • Prepare ingredients for established dishes, such as chopping vegetables and cutting meat
  • Cook ingredients as directed by the head chef or sous chef, plating dishes as indicated by recipes
  • Adhere to all health and safety standards when preparing food
  • Provide assistance to the head chef or sous chef as directed
Line Cook Requirements
