Door-to-Door Sales Representative – Auto Hail Damage Repair (Commission Only)
PDRTX Smart Auto Repair | North Texas
Full-Time | Experienced Closers Only
PDRTX Smart Auto Repair is hiring experienced door-to-door sales professionals to sell auto hail damage repair for one of the top-rated PDR companies in North Texas.
  • No beginners
  • No hourly or base pay
  • Commission-only for proven door-to-door closers
PDRTX was rated the #1 Auto Body & PDR Shop in our area for 2025, and we are expanding ahead of the upcoming hail season.
This Role Is For You If:
  • You have 3+ years of door-to-door sales experience (hail, roofing, solar, windows, pest, alarms, etc.)
  • You’re comfortable working 100% commission-only
  • You can confidently:
  • Knock doors
  • Identify hail damage
  • Educate customers on the insurance process
  • Handle objections and close
  • You want uncapped earning potential
  • You take full ownership of your results
This Role Is NOT For You If:
  • You’ve never worked door-to-door
  • You need hourly pay, a base salary, or warm leads
  • You’re looking for part-time work
  • You’re “trying out” sales instead of committing
What You’ll Be Selling
  • Hail Damage Repair ONLY
  • Paintless Dent Repair (PDR)
  • Insurance-funded repairs (high demand, high close rates)
Customers already need the service. Your job is to educate and close.
