The Hail Advisor Role offers you the opportunity to use your communication, influencing, and customer service skills to provide our services to customers. The team is responsible for identifying vehicles with hail damage, initiating contact with the customer, and continuing relationship management with the customer throughout the repair process. We take pride in helping customers remove dents from their vehicles in the Denver area. This area has hail storms each year and there is opportunity each day to help our customers remove hail damage at little to no cost to them. This is an hourly plus commission based inside sales/service role. The team is responsible for being present at our dealership partner's locations on a full time basis. This is a full time position. The pay is hourly plus commission. Locations include Aurora and Highlands Ranch.

Some of the job responsibilities include:

- Identifying vehicles with damage and initiating contact with the customer

- Explaining the benefits of removing hail damage

-Regular proactive customer updates

- Managing relationships with the various vendors we do business with

- Managing Leads

- Data entry

- Booking customers for appointments

- Workflow management

- Vehicle Shuttling (Valid Drivers License Required)

- Vehicle Check in and Pick Up Appointments

-Assisting customers who have door dings
