Capital Automotive Group is seeking a skilled Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for repairing minor dents, dings, and hail damage without the use of paint or fillers, restoring vehicles to pre-damage condition while maintaining factory finishes. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Perform paintless dent repair on a variety of vehicles, including minor dents, door dings, and hail damage

  • Assess vehicle damage and determine appropriate repair methods

  • Use specialized PDR tools and techniques to restore panels without affecting original paint

  • Maintain high standards of quality, ensuring repairs meet or exceed customer expectations

  • Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members regarding repair timelines and updates

  • Keep a clean, organized, and safe work environment

  • Follow all company procedures and safety guidelines
