Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable PDR Technician with experience in Paintless Dent Repair and minor automotive reconditioning to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision work and has a strong understanding of automotive surfaces, dent removal techniques, and general car lot cosmetic repair.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) on vehicles, including door dings, hail damage, and minor creases.
Conduct minor cosmetic repairs such as scratch touch-up, bumper scuff repair, headlight restoration, and trim reattachment.
Assess damage and determine appropriate PDR tools and techniques for effective repairs without repainting.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Work efficiently to meet deadlines for car lot turnover or dealership prep.
Perform occasional minor interior or trim fixes, if required.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in Paintless Dent Repair.
Familiarity with automotive reconditioning tools and materials.
Strong eye for detail and steady hand for precision work.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Must be dependable and punctual.

Preferred:
Experience working with used car lots, auctions, or dealerships.
Knowledge of paint correction, buffing, or light detailing is a plus.

This position is based out of our shop Red McCombs Bodyshop, we are attached to a Hyundai dealership. We service the Hyundai dealership, but we also service 3 other dealerships as well.
