Job description

Overview
As an HR Training Specialist, you'll get to train all staff, both Operations and Corporate, in the proper Human Resources Procedures in all functional areas: Recruiting, Onboarding, Payroll, Talent, and Employee Relations. This person will be responsible for the development of our company's leaders to ensure compliance and utilization of the Human Resources systems and processes. The success of our HR Training Specialist is vital to the continued growth of our overall organization!
What You'll Do
  • Develop and deliver training programs for managers and employees on HR systems, processes, and company procedures.
  • Facilitate New Manager Training and ongoing leadership development programs.
  • Create and maintain training materials, job aids, SOPs, and system guides.
  • Train leaders on HR technologies, including ADP Workforce Now, ADP Workforce Manager, iCIMS, Learning Management Systems, and other business systems.
  • Partner with HR teams (including Talent Acquisition, HR Compliance, HRIS), and other cross-functional teams to identify training needs and close knowledge gaps.
  • Administer Learning Management System (LMS) activities, including course assignments, completion tracking, and reporting.
  • Measure training effectiveness and recommend improvements to increase system utilization, process consistency, and manager capability.

What You'll Need
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or similar preferred
  • 3-5 years of corporate/organizational training, learning and development, HR operations, or a related field.
  • Experience with HR systems, including HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems, and Learning Management Systems
  • Strong presentation, communication, facilitation, and instructional design skills.
  • Ability to work both within a team environment and independently to prioritize tasks
