We are seeking energetic, motivated, results driven, career-oriented fitness professionals and team players! Fit in 42 is continuing to develop our coaching team and we have an opening for a Client Performance Coach at our training facility located in Mont Belvieu.

● Client Performance Coach delivers an AMAZING experience during training sessions with high quality training programs and exceptional customer service! The ideal candidate will be a true coach that cares and understands how to build trust and develop client relationships. This individual will also be the ultimate team player who wants to make an impact in the fitness industry and play a vital role in the growth of Fit in 42.

Position Qualifications: Seeking energetic, motivated, training professional with exceptional communication skills and a strong passion for the health/fitness business. Must be CPR/AED certified and have a nationally recognized (CSCS a plus, but not required), current certificate in personal training and/or college degree in exercise science, sports nutrition, physical education, or another related field, etc. Strong work ethic. Excellent verbal communication skills. Excellent listening skills. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to adjust and manage various client profiles. Fitness Coaches are responsible for coaching, training, and delivering a positive client experience.

Position Responsibilities:

· Coach in a semi-private training environment leading 1-6 clients through a pre-programmed workout each hour.

· Coach in a large group environment leading 15+ members through 3-5 bootcamp style workouts weekly.

· Coach clients through mobility, stretching and periodic workshops.
