This is a seasonal role on Mackinac Island, beginning in early April and continuing through October. Housing and meals in our onsite cafeteria available at $19.50/day. Culinary Supervisor will be responsible for preparing, seasoning, and cooking soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, and other food items in a restaurant, directly supervising and coordinating activities of workers engaged in preparing food, consulting with supervising staff to plan menus, and assisting the Chef in relaying instructions to the Kitchen Team when the Chef is not in the kitchen. May supervise up to fifty (50) Cooks and Prep Cooks. Qualifications
  • One (1) year of culinary experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club required.
