Competitive Team Gymnastics Coach (Part-Time / Full-Time)

Location: Miramar, FL – Conveniently near the Turnpike & I-75

We’re looking for a knowledgeable and passionate Competitive Team Coach to join our dedicated staff. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced coach who is committed to developing athletes in a positive, safe, and supportive environment.

At Gravity Gymnastics, we believe competitive gymnastics is more than skills—it’s about teaching resilience, discipline, and confidence that athletes carry into every area of life. We’re home to over 1,100 students and a thriving team program where values and child development come first, even in the pursuit of athletic excellence.
What You’ll Do

  • Coach team athletes in compulsory and/or optional levels (specific level placement based on experience)
  • Develop training plans that align with athlete growth, safety, and USAG standards
  • Mentor athletes in both technical skills and life lessons like discipline, perseverance, and sportsmanship
  • Collaborate with program leaders, head coaches, and directors to ensure program consistency and excellence

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience coaching developmental and competitive gymnastics (USAG compulsory and/or Xcel levels)
  • Strong technical knowledge of skills, progressions, and safety standards
  • Positive coaching style with the ability to motivate, mentor, and connect with young athletes
  • Clear communication skills with athletes, parents, and staff
  • Reliability, professionalism, and alignment with Gravity’s values: commitment, punctuality, presence, love, and communication
