Gym receptionists are front-desk staff members who welcome visitors, assist with membership inquiries, handle administrative tasks, and provide customer service at fitness centers or gyms. They are responsible for checking in members, answering phone calls, managing bookings, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area. Gym receptionists often process payments, answer questions about facilities and classes, and ensure a positive first impression for all guests. Their role is essential in supporting the smooth operation of the gym and enhancing the overall member experience.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a gym receptionist, and why are they important?
