Role:
We're looking for a Business Development Manager to own and grow our relationships with gym chains and fitness franchise organizations. This is not a lead-gen role - it's a sales role. If you already know the buyers and decision makers, you already have a massive head start.
The sweet spot: small- to mid-size chains and franchise groups with 10-100 locations. You'll prospect, build relationships, and close deals that bring entire organizations onto the Gym Launch platform - 20 doors here, 50 doors there. That's the game changer we're after.
Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and build a pipeline of gym chains and franchise organizations (focus: 10-100 location groups).
  • Own the full sales cycle - outreach, discovery, proposal, follow-up, close, and managing the ongoing relationship with the client.
  • Leverage your existing industry network to open doors quickly.
  • Collaborate with the Gym Launch executive team on strategy, pricing, and deal structure.
  • Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline with consistent follow-through.
  • Represent Gym Launch at industry events.

Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of B2B sales experience selling to gym chains and fitness franchise organizations.
  • You currently sell (or recently sold) a product or service to gym chains or franchise organizations.
  • You have meaningful relationships with the decision makers inside multi-location fitness businesses
  • Self-directed, organized, and relentless about follow up.

Benefits:
Gains Intermediate believes great people are at the center of every successful business. Therefore, we offer:
  • Competitive base salary with unlimited upside
  • Medical, Vision, & Dental Benefits
  • 401(k) with up to 3.5% employer match
  • Flexible PTO and 7 Days of Company Holidays
  • Fully virtual work environment
  • Quarterly gym reimbursement
  • Monthly work from home stipend
