Kids Fitness Coach - Part-Time & Full-Time

My Gym Children's Fitness (Powered by Momentum Enterprises)

Get paid to play, stay active, and work with kids every day.

My Gym Children's Fitness in Fairfield is hiring high-energy team members to lead fun, structured classes for children (ages 6 weeks–10 years).

No desk job. No boring shifts. Just movement, music, and making a real impact.

What You'll Do

  • Lead children's classes, camps, and birthday parties
  • Coach kids through games, obstacle courses, and activities

  • Talk with parents and build relationships
  • Help with tours and basic front desk support

What We're Looking For

  • Loves working with kids (childcare, daycare, babysitting, camp, etc.)
  • Energetic, outgoing, and reliable
  • Comfortable leading groups and being interactive

Bonus if you have experience in: Coaching, sports, dance, gymnastics, or theater &Early childhood education or preschool settings
