Responsibilities

Process and accurately record incoming titles daily according to established procedures:

  • Verify all documents are signed & completed properly
  • Maintain a high level of customer confidentiality
  • Process paperwork on a timely basis
  • Prepare & submit all legal transfer documents to the state department of motor vehicles (DMV)
  • Prepare & submit all legal paperwork to obtain out-of-state titles
  • Prepare tax & title documents
  • Perform other duties as assigned or requested to assure optimum service levels
  • Process Dealer Trades and Wholesales

Qualifications 

  • Ability to work well in a process-driven environment.
  • Professional appearance and outstanding work ethic.
  • Great attitude with a high-energy personality.
  • Superior customer service skills.
  • Self-starter and self-motivated.

Job Requirements

  • Automotive Dealership Title Processing experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • FL Notary Public preferred
  • FL Title experience preferred
  • Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, Excel & Word)
  • Understand deadlines and be able to apply the appropriate sense of urgency to all tasks.

Full-Time, Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m..
8 hour shifts.
