Position Summary

Liquid Life is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Property Care Coordinator to serve as the vital link between our maintenance operations, property owners, and guests. In this essential coordination role, you'll be responsible for managing work order schedules, dispatching technicians and vendors, and ensuring seamless communication across all departments. The ideal candidate thrives in a structured environment, values accuracy and consistency, and takes pride in maintaining smooth operations while supporting our team's commitment to exceptional property maintenance and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Adjust and manage schedules and timelines for work orders

  • Assign technicians and vendors to work orders

  • Communicate updates to Owner Relations and Guest Services regarding task status

  • Notify Owner Relations when:

    • Vendors are dispatched to units

    • Work is being performed in units

    • Items must be removed from units

  • Interpret vendor notes and relay relevant information to Owner Relations

  • Anticipate and proactively address questions from Owners and the Owner Relations team

  • Handle weekend responsibilities, including:

    • Contacting owners for urgent approvals

    • Updating Owner Relations on weekend issues

    • Coordinating after hours/weekend vendors/contractors

Required Qualifications
  • Strong command of the English language, including grammar, spelling, and composition

  • Three years of relevant business experience and a high school diploma (Grade 12 equivalent)

  • Professional demeanor with a high energy level and consistently positive attitude

  • Ability to manage multiple situations and solve problems effectively

  • Strong stress management and adaptability skills
