Job description

General Description:
This full-time position will be responsible for all facets of maintaining the Bank’s loan customer files in an orderly, accurate and complete manner while providing assistance to lenders in the administration of new and renewed loans. Duties will include, but will not be limited to, indexing and scanning loans, uploading and inputting new and renewed loans, processing incoming mail as well as credit verification inquiries and minimizing exceptions. The qualified candidate should be prepared to work closely with internal employees to include not only the Loan Administration department, but also loan officers and other departments as well. Limited contact with the public is required. Precision, accuracy, and attention to detail will also be key qualities for the preferred candidate. A high-level of quality work in an efficient manner will need to be maintained.

Skills and Characteristics for Applicants:

  • Previous bank experience, preferably involving loan documentation
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Typing and 10-key calculator skills
