Job Title:Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration Developer (ACE Certified)

Overview / Summary
Seeking a Guidewire PolicyCenter configuration professional with a valid Guidewire ACE Certification and strong experience in PolicyCenter configuration, Guidewire Cloud, and PolicyCenter/BillingCenter integration. The ideal candidate will have experience across development, production support, maintenance, Agile delivery, and the full SDLC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and develop Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions.
  • Work on Guidewire PolicyCenter and BillingCenter integrations.
  • Develop, support, and maintain Guidewire PolicyCenter applications.
  • Work with Guidewire Cloud and cloud integration mechanisms, including Integration Gateway Apps, Cloud APIs, App Events, GwS3, and GwSQS.
  • Maintain applications using TortoiseSVN/GitHub and Jenkins for code commits and deployments.
  • Manage defects using JIRA and Microsoft Azure DevOps.
  • Work with SOAP/RESTful web services and utilize XML, XSD, messaging, and plugins.
  • Participate in estimation, use case specifications, test plan and test case reviews, requirements gathering, and project planning.
  • Follow Agile methodology and support code release management.
  • Participate in all phases of the SDLC, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, implementation, testing, configuration management, change management, and quality procedures.
  • Support Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Guidewire ACE Certification in PolicyCenter Configuration (Cloud certification preferred).
  • Experience with SBTs.
  • Extensive expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration.
  • Knowledge of Guidewire PolicyCenter and BillingCenter integration.
  • Experience with Guidewire Cloud.
  • Understanding of Guidewire Cloud integration mechanisms, including Integration Gateway Apps, Cloud APIs, App Events, GwS3, and GwSQS.
  • Experience in development, production support, and maintenance of Guidewire PolicyCenter applications.
  • Strong knowledge of out-of-the-box PolicyCenter and BillingCenter features.
