Job description

Job Overview: We are seeking a Guidewire Configuration Developer with a strong focus on quality development in a competitive environment. The ideal candidate will have a combination of Guidewire Configuration and Integration experience, ensuring seamless development and implementation.
Must Have:
  • Guidewire Implementation experience with expertise in both Configuration and Integration.
  • Hands-on experience leading a team, including offshore/nearshore collaboration.
  • Experience in developing new screens, product model validations, and business rules within Guidewire.
  • APD knowledge is mandatory, as this will be screened first by the customer.
  • Cloud experience along with a strong foundation in Guidewire development.
  • Responsible for teaching/coaching the team and fostering a positive environment.
  • P&C Personal Property Insurance domain experience.
  • Accountable for team delivery, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of business rules and workflow automation within Guidewire.
