What You'll Do

Guest & Team Phone Support

Professionally answer incoming phone calls from guests and team members.

Deliver outstanding hospitality through friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service.

Resolve guest questions, concerns, and basic service issues or direct them to the appropriate department or manager.

Provide accurate information regarding menu items, store locations, hours of operation, pricing, promotions, and company policies.

Support restaurant team members by relaying messages and operational information.

Maintain a calm, positive, and professional attitude during high-volume business periods.

Communication & Accuracy

Document guest interactions and follow up as needed.

Ensure information shared with guests and team members is accurate and consistent.

Communicate guest feedback and concerns promptly to leadership.

Follow company standards for guest service, communication, and confidentiality.

Escalate complex guest concerns or operational issues to the appropriate manager.

Qualifications

Previous experience in guest service, hospitality, customer service, or call center support preferred.

Excellent verbal communication and professional phone etiquette.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Reliable attendance and schedule flexibility.

Physical & Work Requirements

Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.

Frequent use of phones and computers.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment.
