Rudy's Country Store & Bar-B-Q, home of "The Worst Bar-B-Q in Texas," is looking for friendly, service-oriented, outgoing, and motivated individuals to join our team as BBQ Cashiers at our Leon Springs location, conveniently located just north of The Rim and only 5 miles from Boerne.

Position: BBQ Cashier
As a BBQ Cashier, you'll be the first impression our guests receive. Your smile, positive attitude, and genuine hospitality help create an experience that keeps guests coming back.
Responsibilities
  • Welcome every guest with enthusiasm and exceptional hospitality.
  • Build genuine connections through friendly conversation and outstanding service.
  • Promote current campaigns and special offers.
  • Recognize and thank military members and first responders.
  • Accurately process cash and credit card transactions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front counter.
