RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides skilled and efficient administrative support and office management assistance for one or more senior member of the Executive Staff. 
  • Assures the prompt performance of duties, the recognition of priorities, and the sensitivity of matters involved. 

o   Interacts with employees at all levels of the organization, physicians, patients, Board members, public officials, and members of the community-at-large.

 

REQUIRED

Ø  Two years college education or business school is required. 

Ø  At least seven years' experience in secretarial positions is required.  

 

 

PREFERRED

v  Bachelor's degree in business, management or related field is preferred.

v  Experience in a hospital/medical and/or local government environment is preferred.
