Position: Guest Relations

Schedule: Every Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Note: There is potential to expand this to a Friday – Sunday schedule for the right candidate.

Location: 9701 Taylorsville Road

Compensation: Starting at $16/hr

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Guest Relations to join our team. Guest Relations is responsible for greeting and assisting all visitors and residents in the community, answering incoming calls and directing callers to appropriate personnel. Guest Relations is committed to building ongoing relationships with residents, families, and vendors, fostering positive communication, and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction. Essential Duties
  • Welcome residents, families, new employees, and vendors upon entrance
  • Act as the point of reference for residents and families who need assistance or information
  • Monitor visitor access and immediately report any concerns to the Executive Director
  • Ensure first-impression standards for residents and visitors in the entryway and common areas
  • Participates in and support the team in meeting resident needs
  • Prepare tour folders for prospects and walk-in tours
  • Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary
  • Answer calls, assess callers' needs, forward calls to the appropriate personnel; assist to ensure customer needs are met appropriately and quickly
Work Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a senior living or healthcare setting
  • Enthusiasm and a positive attitude
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Work independently, maintain confidentiality and professionalism, and be a positive leader
  • Demonstrate practical interpersonal skills as well as sound judgment and good decision-making skills
  • Maintain good working relationships with residents and co-workers
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
  • Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned
