Canyon Ranch Guest Services Representative

At Canyon Ranch our Guest Services Representatives are the direct connect to our guests and the beginning of their transformational experience. You will make sure that each arriving guest has all the details of their stay confirmed so they can begin the Canyon Ranch experience immediately. You are the source of all knowledge, from restaurant hours to the best place to enjoy a quiet moment of reflection. With all the experiences we have to offer, you will start them on their journey with everything they will need.

Provides services within the three functions of the Front Office (Guest Services, PBX, and Bell Services). Responsible for providing a high level of attention and customer service to all internal and external clients.

Schedule (Days & Hours worked): 5 days a week (2 days off, together, during the week), 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Compensation: $17.50 per hour

Qualifications

You will have excellent customer service and positive interpersonal skills, including ability to facilitate and mediate sensitive situations with compassion and professionalism. All members of our team should develop and maintain satisfactory and effective relationships with all levels of management and staff members. Since you are the expert in your area you will need to demonstrate good judgment and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Demonstrated organizational and computer skills, you may be using word, excel and power-point at any time. Its the details that a guest remembers, your job is to be memorable.

Limited experience required (1-2 years previous experience in same or related field).
