The Surfsand Resort is seeking an enthusiastic and service-oriented Guest Service Representative to join our Front Desk team. As one of the first and last people our guests interact with, you'll play an essential role in creating exceptional stays through genuine hospitality, attention to detail, and personalized service.

Whether you're welcoming families on vacation, celebrating special occasions, or helping guests discover all that Cannon Beach has to offer, every day brings new opportunities to make someone's stay unforgettable.

Status: Full-Time, Regular
Pay: $18.50 per hour


What You'll Do
  • Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism from arrival through departure.
  • Complete guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently.
  • Answer questions, provide recommendations, and assist guests with requests throughout their stay.
  • Process reservations, room assignments, payments, and billing transactions.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly with empathy and professionalism.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a courteous and timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate guest records while following resort policies and procedures.
