WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Hire and manage a team of highly effective sellers to generate revenue from new customers
  • Meet & exceed goals pertaining to activity, pipeline, and revenue attainment
  • Mentor, coach & support the AE's to successfully work critical opportunities to close
  • Effectively build, manage, and report a healthy pipeline & forecast
  • Help to build, refine and implement new practices and processes around sales tooling, CRM hygiene, etc.
  • Travel if and as necessary to support critical opportunities
  • Bring a positive and contagious attitude to a highly collaborative environment
  • Location: Hybrid (for candidates within 50 miles radius of an office) or Remote (for candidates outside that range)
  • Preferred: Candidates located in the Mountain or Central time zones to align with the team's collaboration hours

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years' experience working in high velocity, high growth organizations
  • Ability to work under pressure, be highly adaptable and well organized
  • Demonstrated track record of managing repeatable achievement and performance against revenue plan
  • Detailed knowledge of SaaS, solution-oriented, B2B sales cycles, processes, and strategy
  • Natural curiosity, drive, and a passion for sales
  • Bachelor's Degree

COMPENSATION:

  • Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across multiple U.S. geographic locations, and pay varies based on defined markets. The standard base pay range for this positionacross the U.S. is is $90,000k - $115,000k annually. Payvaries by work locationand may also be dependent on job-related skills, knowledge,and/or experience. During the interview and/or hiring process, your recruiter can share more information about the compensation package specific to the role and job location.
  • On-Target Earnings: 180,000 to 230,000
